Initial situation
In footwear, the product card needs to quickly answer key shopper questions: appearance, fit, seasonality, materials, sizing and use cases. Without clear visual presentation, purchase decisions become harder.
What we did
The team studied product cards, catalogue, visual materials and category indicators. The work considered presentation quality, information completeness, card structure and operational store-support tasks.
Vata Production contribution
Vata Production helped strengthen category work through analytics, visual-presentation recommendations, card control and marketplace account support. The focus was to make the product clearer for shoppers and more stable inside the e-commerce catalogue.
Project limitations
The footwear category is detail-sensitive: shoppers need to see shape, materials, height, seasonality and model features. Cards therefore had to be attractive and informative at the same time.
Result
According to project data, 2026 outperformed 2025: turnover grew from 426M ₽ to 621M ₽. The dynamics are shown in materials provided by the client.
